A well-selected and properly trained local agent will sell your products the first year. That’s a fact. If requested, we can provide your Latin American Agents with a two (02) –day Sales Training seminar to improve their proficiency and their capabilities to secure contract awards during the current Fiscal Year. (i.e; are your current local agents familiar with 3 to 5 years ID/ IQ sole source exclusivity and long-term agreements?)
The Sales Training Seminar is conducted at your offices (factory) here in the United States. It provides a well-thought-out sales process/cycle that will include a robust market analysis process, a complete understanding of your products, a standardized customer interaction system, a monthly reporting system and scalable revenue generation. Finally, the seminar will provide all the participants with both; a coordinated / unified vision of the Latin American markets (a “common language” between your U.S. managers and the local agents) and the marketing tools and means required to generate potential for quicker progress and immediate sales in the region.
